On the Island:

You must visit this Church - Nosso Senhor de Vera Cruz - in Baiacu (mangrouve coast) the second oldest of Brazil. The construction dates of the XVI century and its ruins are suported by gigantics “Gameleiras” trees (holly trees of Candomblé religion)

A boat trip on the mangrouve coast is also a good option, its natural beauty is amazing, mangrouves, lagoons, etc.....
